This class burns HUGE amounts of body fat and DRAMATICALLY increases fitness levels
in just 30 minutes.
You dont have to run non stop for the whole 30 minutes so ALL fitness levels are catered for.

Held outdoors at Chipping Norton Lakes (no rain cover)

1 Hour Group Personal Training
This session can include boxing, kicking, weights, running, core conditioning and much more.
Class is designed to firm and tone the muscles, burn lots of body fat and increase fitness.
All fitness levels welcome, no co-ordination required.

Box fit incorporates boxing moves and combinations to give you a fat busting, stress relieving awesome workout. You must try it for yourself.

Group Prices
Gold — 3 classes per week $350 for 12 week term - thats only $10 per session
Silver — 2 classes per week $264 for 12 week term - thats only $11 per session
Bronze — 1 class per week $144 for 12 week term - thats only $12 per session
Casual visit - $15 - must call to confirm first
